They are very useful for searching preferring dining. As well, Dining in
Bangkok is a brilliant experience of the life because of its rich foods that
are very memorable and valuable.
Moreover, Karmakamet
Conveyance Restaurant is one of the most popular eating-place of Thailand. In an almost pure white setting, Karmakamet Conveyance serves an unprecedented synthesis of tastes and designs which will best be described as New Asian.
About:
A year ago, Karmakamet Conveyance ended
what had been a quick sojourn at Lhong 1919 and for a time had been homeless. Late
November saw a rebirth within the unlikely setting of a Soi 49 shophouse. Here Chef Jutamas
Theantae, known to all or any as Som, is constant her painterly style, taking elements of cuisines from around
Asia and, layer by layer, creating entirely new images. For want of a far better term, Chef Som’s food are often described as New Asian, but it defies labels and really can
only be thought of as Chef Som’s Cuisine.
Decor:
Located at
Everything is white; walls, tables,
chairs; apart from a broken section of wall displaying distressed brickwork,
which including the fragments of broken plate on the tables reveals a passion for the japanese art of kintsugi. there's too something of the glass effect here, for 2 or three greeters at the highest of the steps share a phone-box-sized vestibule, the sheer open drop to the road below is disconcerting until you see don't LEAN printed on the sheet glass, there's a personal “room” wedged therein would suit goblin-sized guests, and therefore the open kitchen seems
to occupy another dimension.
Menu:
There is only one tasting menu, changed regularly, and priced at 2,500 baht. to the present are often added a champagne pairing, also at 2,500 baht, with the choice of a wine to accompany the meat dishes. We stayed with the champagne, a variety from Diebolt-Vallois of Cramant, in France, which we felt
chimed perfectly with each course. Presentation is on plates and bowls that
themselves are little artworks, and in fact pure white, enhancing the colors of the food and therefore the intensity of the
flavours.

Evaluation:
Chef Som is one among the new generation of Thai chefs who are pushing food to new
frontiers, and a visit to the present tiny restaurant are going to be a replacement experience. The price, for a tasting menu of this quality, is
modest, and although each course is little, with 10 courses even the heartiest appetite are going to be satisfied.
Finally, Dining
in Bangkok
to Karmakamet Conveyance Restaurant is
very enjoyable and praised because they put forward dazzle of menus that are
very fresh, healthy and tasty.
